As much as I dislike scaly maniraptorans, the scales and colors are very well done!

Although I prefer to keep pace with science and, accordingly, see dromaeosaurids as feathered creatures, I really liked this work. I love these discreet, natural color and realism. Your style of drawing scales are very beautiful! :) (Smile)

Thanks for the comment!
you're absolutely right!!!
However, I like to see my art as metaphysical or surrealistic rather than scientific.
But you can be sure that I will make one with feathers !!!:)

No problem! :) (Smile) Well, good art does not always imply scientific precision. Paintings of Burian or Knight are outdated from a scientific point of view, but still have tremendous value as a fine work of art. If the artist alerts the viewer that his picture is intentionally not consistent with the latest info, then it is good. Much better than if the artist painted the wrong animal, not writing, why he did it. However, forgive me for philosophy. :D (Big Grin)  Of course, I'm waiting for the version with the feathers! Since you so efficiently draw scales and feathers are not worse.

That's the point! I love Charles Knight, especially the dynamic scene of Driptosaurus, Mark Hallet and all the old school of dinosaur painters. Stay tuned, I'll make them feathered. After all, is there anything so surreal as dinosaurs with feathers? :)

Hallett more contemporary artist. If we talk about feathered dinosaurs, then he drew them. Well, if the feathered dinosaur is drawn, taking into account all available information, it looks realistic and believable, but not surreal. ;) (Wink)

Many people can't get used to it. I also haven't been able to get used to the fact that the Tyrannosaurus could have some feathers. But I quickly got used to it. :) (Smile)
